About Maple Builds

Mukund has been around construction for as long as he can remember — he was swinging hammers with his dad by 13 and working a ground-up commercial project by high school. That early, hands-on experience and an interest in building sciences led him to study construction engineering at the University of North Texas, while also rebuilding his parents' fire-damaged house into a home he was proud to hand back to them.

Seeing the joy on my parents' faces is what I want every client to feel.

After graduating, he moved to Austin and sharpened his project-management skills with one of the nation's top home builders. Over and over, he heard the same gap between what homeowners wanted and what a big production builder could deliver — and he knew he could close it. He founded Maple Builds to give clients a better, more quality-driven experience — one that pairs each client's unique vision with innovation and craftsmanship to build spaces with character.
